Currently, Lucy Dean products are only available through our website.
Yes, we have a custom-developed scent and it contains perfume.
Order
Add your product to your shopping cart using the 'add to cart' button. Then go to checkout, log in if you have an account, or go directly to the checkout button.
Have you placed an order but entered an incorrect address, and have you not yet received a shipping confirmation? Please notify our customer service team at info@lucy-dean.com. We will then check if we can still adjust the shipping address. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or add items to an order.
When moving, you can easily change your address in your Lucy Dean account.
Have you received an item you didn't order? Please contact our customer service team by emailing info@lucy-dean.com. In your message, please state which item it concerns.
It is possible that the order confirmation ends up in your spam folder, so always check there to be sure. If no money has been debited from your bank account, the payment has failed and no order has been placed. In this case, you can place a new order. Is the above not applicable? Then send an email to info@lucy-dean.com
You don't need an account to place an order. However, having an account makes ordering easier: you can easily track your orders and receive personalized information.

You can pay at Lucy Dean with the following payment methods: iDeal/Wero, Klarna, Bancontact, Visa Mastercard
All payments on www.lucy-dean.com are secured by the payment system. The confidential payment data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the bank.
As soon as your order and payment have been successfully received, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Have you not received an e-mail? Please contact our support team at info@lucy-dean.com or by phone at +31(0)33-2997465. Don't forget to check your spam inbox first!
You can enter your discount code on the checkout page. Place the code in the 'Discount code' field and then click 'Apply'.

In the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, shipping is free for orders over €50. For orders under €50, shipping costs €5.95.
The average delivery time at Lucy Dean is two business days. If ordered on business days before 11:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day. If you order during the weekend, your order will be shipped on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with the DHL tracking number. By clicking on the code, you can track your order via DHL.
Returns
Not satisfied with your Lucy Dean products? You can return them within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns will only be accepted if registered via info@lucy-dean.com
Opened products that are no longer sealed cannot be returned.
You are responsible for the costs of returning a shipment. Return shipping costs within the Netherlands start from €6.70. Costs may vary by country and shipping carrier.
You can return your product(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that the product must still be sealed.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your return, using the same payment method you used to place the order. Please note: after the confirmation email, it may take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account.
