For orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany:
free shipping for orders over €50. For orders under €50, shipping costs are €5.95.

If you order on a weekday before 03:00 PM, we will ship your order the same day (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace from DHL.

Returns

Only products with intact packaging and a still-present seal can be returned.
